Responsibilities
Represent the technical support team in cross-functional meetings and projects., Handle the most complex and critical technical issues., Advise on more complex technical issues that Analys I & II cannot resolve, as needed., Act as a subject matter expert for specialized technical areas within the organization., Develop and implement advanced troubleshooting techniques and solutions., Conduct training sessions and workshops for technical support teams and end-users., Act as a point of escalation for critical issues and provide hands-on assistance when necessary., Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness., Works with IT leadership to run the Change Management System
